★根據(jù)使用試筒的直徑大小，調(diào)整好工作臺(tái)的位置，開機(jī)前先用人工提放一下?lián)魧?shí)錘，確認(rèn)試模邊緣不受擊實(shí)為準(zhǔn)。
★取制備好的土樣分3-5次倒入筒內(nèi)。小筒按三層法時(shí)，每次約800-900g；按五層法時(shí)，每層需試樣約400-500g。大筒使用時(shí)，應(yīng)先將墊塊放入筒內(nèi)底板上，按五層法時(shí)，每層需試樣約900-1100g；按三層法時(shí)，每層需試樣約1700g左右。整平表面，并稍加壓緊，然后按規(guī)定的擊實(shí)數(shù)進(jìn)行置數(shù)并啟動(dòng)進(jìn)行擊實(shí)。擊實(shí)時(shí)擊實(shí)錘應(yīng)自由垂直落下，錘跡必然均勻分布于土樣面，層擊實(shí)完后，將試樣層面“拉毛"，然后按“復(fù)位"鍵，重復(fù)上述方法進(jìn)行其余各層土的擊實(shí)。

Multifunctional electric compactor operating procedures:
★ Adjust the position of the worktable according to the diameter of the test cylinder. Before starting, manually lift the compaction hammer to confirm that the edge of the test mold is not compacted.
★ Take the prepared soil sample and pour it into the tube in 3-5 times. When the small tube is in the three-layer method, it is about 800-900g each time; in the five-layer method, the sample is about 400-500g in each layer. When using the large cylinder, the spacer should be placed on the bottom plate of the cylinder first. ★將本機(jī)放置在平整的水泥地面上。
★將主機(jī)上伸出的導(dǎo)線接到控制器后面板的輸出端。（10芯）
★將電源線接到控制器后面板的輸入端。（4芯）
★將電源線插頭插上電源上。

★待自動(dòng)停機(jī)后，若擊實(shí)錘被提起，則接線正確，可正常工作；若擊實(shí)錘落在試筒內(nèi)，則電機(jī)是反轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)將電源插頭的任意兩根火線調(diào)換位置，再次試機(jī)，直到自動(dòng)停機(jī)后擊實(shí)錘處于提起位置。
Multifunctional electric compactor debugging:
★ Place the machine on a flat concrete floor.
★ Connect the wires protruding from the host to the output of the rear panel of the controller. (10 cores)
★ Connect the power cord to the input terminal on the rear panel of the controller. (4 cores)
★ Plug the power cord into the power supply.
★ Press the setting / start button on the controller to make it set.
★ Set the dial to 03.
