在用電器飛速發(fā)展進(jìn)步的情況下，各種電力電子裝置在電力系統(tǒng)、工業(yè)、交通及家庭中的應(yīng)用也日益廣泛，諧波的存在和對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的影響變得更加普遍和嚴(yán)重，無功補(bǔ)償產(chǎn)品中的電力電容器已經(jīng)逐漸不適合單獨(dú)使用在各類場合，電容器和供電系統(tǒng)的阻抗之間會(huì)產(chǎn)生的并聯(lián)諧振會(huì)造成諧波電流的嚴(yán)重放大，濾波電抗器的加裝，可以在選配合適電抗率以后，電容器電抗器組合可吸收對(duì)應(yīng)固定次數(shù)諧波電流30%到50%左右。防止并聯(lián)諧振及諧波電流流入電容器，避免諧波電流發(fā)生放大，對(duì)整個(gè)電力系統(tǒng)起到一定凈化作用。

LWKK^®濾波電抗器采用H級(jí)銅線，提供高線性度，高過載耐受，低損耗。優(yōu)質(zhì)樹脂絕緣材料真空浸漬，保證耐壓可靠，優(yōu)秀絕緣性能，低噪音，長壽命。專業(yè)的氣隙數(shù)量和位置的設(shè)計(jì)，提供相對(duì)較低的線圈損耗，整體結(jié)構(gòu)牢固，減少了工作時(shí)的噪音產(chǎn)生。過溫度保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)，135℃斷開，90℃復(fù)通，在電抗器內(nèi)部溫度超過設(shè)計(jì)溫度時(shí)提供可靠的自動(dòng)退出運(yùn)行功能。

With the rapiddevelopment and progress of electrical appliances, various power electronicdevices are increasingly used in the power system, industry, transportation andhome applications, and the existence of harmonics and the impact on the powersystem become more common and serious. The power capacity in the reactivecompensation product has been gradually not suitable for use in variousoccasions separately, because the parallel resonance generated betweenimpedances of capacitor and power supply system will cause a seriousamplification in harmonic current. With the filter reactor used and with the appropriatereactance rate selected, the combination of capacitor and reactor will absorbup to about 30% to 50% fixed number of harmonic current. This prevents parallelresonance and harmonic current from flowing into the capacity to prevent theamplification of harmonic current, playing a role in purification for theentire power system.

LWKK^®filter reactors adopt H-class copper wire, providing high linearity, withstandvoltage under high overload, and low loss. High-quality resin insulationmaterial is vacuum impregnated, to ensure the reliable withstａnd voltage andexcellent insulation performance, low noise and long life. The professionaldesign of number of position of air gaps provides the relatively low coil loss and solid overall structure, to minimize the noise generated in the operation. Withover-temperature protection design, the power is off at 135℃ａnd on at 90℃, providinga reliable automatic exit function when the internal temperature of the reactorexceeds the design temperature.
