國(guó)內(nèi)微機(jī)控制電子式試驗(yàn)機(jī)起步于90年代初,我公司是吸取國(guó)外領(lǐng)技術(shù)、開(kāi)發(fā)研制電子式試驗(yàn)機(jī)的企業(yè)之一。

微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用步進(jìn)交流電動(dòng)機(jī)作為動(dòng)力源;采用*的芯片集成技術(shù),專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的PCI數(shù)據(jù)采集放大和控制系統(tǒng),試驗(yàn)力、變形的放大、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)了全數(shù)字化調(diào)整。本機(jī)可對(duì)各種防水材料進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能測(cè)試和分析研究,微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于SBS、瀝青、胎基、復(fù)合高分子等各類(lèi)防水卷材、無(wú)紡布、土工布等非金屬材料進(jìn)行拉伸、延伸率、斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率等力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn),可根據(jù)GB、JIS、ASTM、DIN、ISO等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自動(dòng)求取試驗(yàn)力值、斷裂力值、抗拉強(qiáng)度、斷裂延伸率等試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

三、微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)重點(diǎn)描述:
l主機(jī):該機(jī)采用單臂式結(jié)構(gòu),橫梁升降可以無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,更換立柱、絲杠、外罩后可改變?cè)囼?yàn)空間。傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)由低噪音圓弧同步齒輪帶減速系統(tǒng)、絲杠副組成,運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),效率高、噪音低、無(wú)污染。
四、微機(jī)式電子拉伸力試驗(yàn)機(jī)功能介紹
l本機(jī)采用內(nèi)置式控制器,保證了該試驗(yàn)機(jī)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)等速位移控制。
l采用中國(guó)臺(tái)灣品牌交流伺服電機(jī),性能穩(wěn)定、可靠,具有過(guò)流、過(guò)壓、超速、過(guò)載等保護(hù)裝置。調(diào)速比可達(dá)1:5000。
l電氣控制線(xiàn)路參照國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),符合國(guó)家試驗(yàn)機(jī)電氣標(biāo)準(zhǔn),抗力強(qiáng),保證了控制器的穩(wěn)定性,實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性。
