一、特性(Characteristic):
壓力顯控器 ( 以下簡稱儀表 ) 是在受壓時,借助于彈性元件的位移同時進行壓力指示和控制的新型自控儀表,由于采用了雙重彈性元件分別進行壓力指示和控制,因而其精度大幅度提高,同時具有結構合理,控制精度高、穩(wěn)定可靠、抗震性*。觸點容量大,使用安裝方便,可以進行現(xiàn)場調整等優(yōu)點。
The pressure control monitor (hereafter refers to as the instrument) is a new kind of automatic control instrument that carries out the pressure indication and the control simultaneously with the aid of the displacement of elastic elements under pressure. Since it adopts the dual elastic elements to carry out the pressure indication and the control respectively, its precision rises substantially. At the same time, it has many advantages such as reasonable structure, high control precision, steady reliable, superior anti-seismic performance and large contact capacity, convenient to use and install as well as adjustable on-the-spot.
二、用途(Usage):
本儀表適用于對無爆炸危險的非結晶和凝固的無腐蝕性介質壓力進行一位或二位式控制。
This instrument is suitable for one or two type control to the amorphous substance with no explosion hazard and the coagulate medium without corrosiveness.
三、主要技術參數(shù)(Main technical parameter):

四、結構原理(Structural principle):
儀表由彈性元件,控制機構、調整機構、指示裝置,表殼及接線盒等組成。
其工作原理是:在介質壓力作用下,彈簧管末斷產生位移,當壓力達到所設定的控制值時,推動微動開關產生瞬間開關動作,使控制系統(tǒng)中的電路得以通斷切換,達到自動控制或發(fā)出信號的目的。
The instrument is composed of elastic element, control mechanism, adjusting mechanism, indicating device, watch case and wiring box and so on.
Its working principle is: Under the medium pressure, the spring tube terminal produces displacement. When pressure reaches the control value set, the jogging switch is promoted to produce instant switch movement. This makes the electric circuit in control system on-and-off so that the purpose of automatic control or sending out the signal is reached.
五、使用與調整(Use and adjustment):
1. 設定值調整(Setting value adjustment):
(一)將儀表和精密壓力表(可用自身的壓力表)連接在壓力校驗臺上,然后按下圖接通電源:
Connect the instrument and the precise manometer (your own manometer available) on the pressure checking table. Then connect the power source according to the following drawing:
所用材料(Materials to be used):1.5V電池兩節(jié)(two 1.5V batteries)3V燈泡二個(two 3V light bulbs)
(二)升壓,將螺絲刀插入調整窗孔內,通過旋擰調整螺釘進行設定值調整,當指示燈產生瞬間亮或滅時,其指針指示的壓力值應正好為設定值。
Raise the pressure and insert the screwdriver to the adjustment window hole. Adjust the setting value by turning and twisting the adjusting screw. When indicator light produces instant bright or extinguishes, the pressure value that the indicator indicated should happen to be the setting value.
2. 現(xiàn)場調整(Adjustment on-the-spot):
通過設定值調整,將儀表裝機后或在使用中,若示值偏離設定值,利用儀表的指示裝置進行現(xiàn)場調整。
After the setting value is adjusted and the instrument is packed, or when the instrument is in use, if the indicating value deviates the setting value, the instrument can be adjusted on-the-spot by using its indicating device.
3. 儀表的選用(Instrument selection):
選用儀表時,應按其使用的壓力值再加三分之一進行計算選用。
The instrument should be chosen by calculating the maximum value of its use plus 1/3 of this value.
4. 儀表在使用過程中,應經(jīng)常保持干燥、潔凈,并定期進行檢修,以確保其準確,可靠地工作。
In the process of using, the instrument should be kept dry and clean frequently, and should be overhauled regularly so as to ensure that it works accurately and reliably.
