MRC-5細(xì)胞是一種常用的人類胚肺細(xì)胞，是由1966年從一個(gè)正常的男性胎兒的肺部組織獲得，具有非常良好的細(xì)胞生長和增殖特性，可廣泛應(yīng)用于細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、病毒研究和毒性測試等領(lǐng)域。
