主要零件和材質(zhì) Main parts and materials 產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Construction features 1、符合GB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，結(jié)構(gòu)合理、密封可靠、性能良好、造型美觀。 2、材料品種齊全、填料、墊片可根據(jù)用戶不同要求合理選配，能適用于各種壓力、溫度及介質(zhì)工況，高溫閥門(mén)耐壓部件選用優(yōu)質(zhì)耐熱合金鋼制造，密封面采用司太立（stellite）鈷基硬質(zhì)合金，安全可靠，性能穩(wěn)定，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。 3、閥體閥蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，壁厚經(jīng)嚴(yán)格控制及檢測(cè)符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB12234及美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ANSI B16.34要求，強(qiáng)度高、剛性好、流阻小。 4、采用楔式彈性閘板結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)整體精鑄制成，造型精美，密封性能好。 5、閥桿采用耐熱合金鋼，經(jīng)鍛粗和調(diào)質(zhì)及表面氮化處理，有良好的綜合力學(xué)性能和抗腐蝕性，抗擦傷性。 6、閘閥全部采用倒密封結(jié)構(gòu)，可在不停機(jī)工況下進(jìn)行維修或增改填料。 7、閥桿螺母采用內(nèi)函式結(jié)構(gòu)，與支架連接部位設(shè)置滾珠軸承，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)力矩小、啟閉輕松。 8、根據(jù)用戶或工程要求合理選擇連接形式，多種操作方式可滿足不同的使用要求。 1. Using wedge-type elastic gate structure, it is made of whole cast, with fine design and good sealing performance. 5. The stem is made of heat-resistant alloy steel with good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. 6.
