密封要高得多：因此如何從設(shè)計(jì)上保證適當(dāng)?shù)拿芊獗葔?，提高零件的形位公差以及提高表面光潔度要求是十分重要的?br> 2)球體表面硬度高：煤粉顆粒的硬度較高，此工況情形下，在閥門(mén)關(guān)閉的狀態(tài)時(shí)要求球體表面。

從而破壞球體表面,以至于影響到閥門(mén)的整體密封性能。
3)噴焊層結(jié)合強(qiáng)度高：煤粉在管線中的流動(dòng)速度很快，因此要求球體密封面必須有較高的硬度。
和強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)還要求所噴焊的密封材料和基體材料有較高的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度，以及基體材料本身的強(qiáng)度較好，這樣噴焊層才不能從基體表面脫落，而失去密封性能。
4)自潔功能：煤漿的吸附性較強(qiáng)，容易粘在球體表面上。在閥門(mén)啟閉過(guò)程中，介質(zhì)顆粒被帶到。
