REXROTH先導(dǎo)式單向閥,力士樂液控先導(dǎo)單向閥,Rexroth力士樂先導(dǎo)式液控單向閥,它由先導(dǎo)閥和液控單向閥兩部分用可拆連接組合一體。由先導(dǎo)閥來控制液控單向閥的出口、控制口斷開或接通,實現(xiàn)利用負載壓力推開單向閥,使液流反向流動。為了提高密封性和確保良好使用壽命,先導(dǎo)閥和液控單向閥的閥芯閥座采用軟硬結(jié)構(gòu),閥芯軟密封面壓縮量在閥座上受限制。特別適用于需長期保壓的液壓系統(tǒng),用于氣壓系統(tǒng)效果相同。
現(xiàn)場實踐證明,力士樂Rexroth液控單向閥在使用維修過程中容易出現(xiàn)問題,以下是注意事項。
(1)必須保證液控單向閥有足夠的控制壓力,不允許控制壓力失壓。應(yīng)注意控制壓力是否滿足反向開啟的要求。如果液控單向閥的控制引自主系統(tǒng)時,則要分析主系統(tǒng)壓力的變化對控制油路壓力的影響,以免出現(xiàn)液控單向閥的誤動作。
(2)根據(jù)液控單向閥在液壓系統(tǒng)中的位置或反向出油腔后的液流阻力(背壓)大小,合理選擇液控單向閥的結(jié)構(gòu)(簡式或復(fù)式)及泄油方式(內(nèi)泄或外泄)。對于內(nèi)泄式液控單向閥來說,當(dāng)反向油出口壓力超過一定值時,液控部分將失去控制作用,故內(nèi)泄式液控單向閥一般用于反向出油腔無背壓或背壓較小的場合;而外泄式液控單向閥可用于反向出油腔背壓較高的場合,以降低zui小的控制壓力,節(jié)省控制功率。系統(tǒng)若采用內(nèi)卸式,則柱塞缸將斷續(xù)下降發(fā)出振動和噪聲。

德國REXROTH單向閥是依靠控制流體壓力,可以使單向閥反向流通的閥。這種閥在煤礦機械的液壓支護設(shè)備中占有較重要的地位。液控單向閥與普通單向閥不同之處是多了一個控制油路K,當(dāng)控制油路未接通壓力油液時,液控單向閥就象普通單向閥一樣工作,壓力油只從進油口流向出油口,不能反向流動。當(dāng)控制油路油控制壓力輸入時,活塞頂桿在壓力油作用下向右移動,用頂桿頂開單向閥,使進出油口接通。若出油口大于進油口就能使油液反向流動。Rexroth先導(dǎo)式單向閥,力士樂先導(dǎo)式單向閥,Rexroth液控單向閥,力士樂SV/SL型單向閥
