詳細(xì)介紹

1、適用范圍：適用于各類密度浮選法難以分選的混雜塑料，分選ABS/PC/沉水PP , PET/PVC , PC/PMM , ABS/改苯 , 合金/改苯等混雜塑料。破碎粒單次分選準(zhǔn)確率（純度）可達(dá)95%以上，二次分選可接近*。對特殊不同組份的混合物料要先測試其帶電性與塑料在不同的空間由于摩擦所產(chǎn)生極性，或者添加相應(yīng)的活性劑增加其表面帶電性，以便于更好的分選出不同的物料，

2、工作效率：每小時過機(jī)工作量為1噸上下，日工作量達(dá)20噸左右，裝機(jī)容量30千瓦，占地面積約12平方米。

3、工作原理：待分選物料在進(jìn)入靜電分選高壓空間前要通過特殊的裝置預(yù)先使在自身的碰撞摩擦下產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的電荷，因在分選過程中物料的粒徑大小對物料本身賀電性有顯著區(qū)別，物料顆粒均勻度和物料自身的重量在分選過程中也受到相應(yīng)的影響，對粉碎到顆粒狀態(tài)差別比較大的情況下，可以通過篩分不同的顆粒大小，來提高分選過程中對回收純度的影響降低，也可對根據(jù)顆粒狀態(tài)差別比較小的顆粒調(diào)節(jié)分選電壓的選擇來控制回收物料的純度，針對不同的物料粒徑分離時所需要高壓不同，所以物料進(jìn)入主機(jī)分離前要用破碎機(jī)把物料破碎成10MM左右的顆粒狀或片狀，使得分離效果達(dá)到理想狀態(tài)
