本閥的顯著特點是：用蓄能罐取代了目前國內(nèi)幾家閥門廠生產(chǎn)的重錘式液控蝶閥中的重錘，將重錘勢能變?yōu)榱黧w蓄能，不僅節(jié)省了長期運行支承重錘所耗的能量，改善了液壓系統(tǒng)的保壓性能，避免了運行時維護人員的人身傷亡事故和精神上的不安全感或恐懼感，而控制機構構思新穎，設計合理，體積小，重量輕，結構簡單，功能齊全，動作靈活可靠、外形美觀、節(jié)能節(jié)材，維修方便，且維修時不需停止水泵工作等。
本閥具有較完善的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)，可手動油泵即可關閉閥門。閥門可以全開、全閉，也可半開、半閉，運用十分方便。
本閥液壓站和電氣控制箱可以裝在閥體上，也可以與閥體分離就近安裝，閥體可以水平布局，也可垂直安裝，可視現(xiàn)場條件選擇。

工作原理 Working prin

1、常規(guī)工作：
(1)閥門開啟：啟動電機帶動油泵運轉(zhuǎn)，液壓油經(jīng)濾網(wǎng)、油泵、單向閥、手動截止閥進入蓄能罐至額定壓力后停止。電磁閥通電，蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油經(jīng)高壓膠管進入擺動油缸(以下簡稱油缸)的尾端，推動活塞桿伸出，帶動與之相連的連桿和閥軸，使蝶板旋轉(zhuǎn)開啟，液壓油從油缸的前部排出，經(jīng)調(diào)整閥，電磁換向閥流回油箱，實現(xiàn)可調(diào)的無級勻速開閥。隨之，蓄能罐充壓力油至額定壓力后油泵停止(參見液壓原理圖)。
(2)閥門關閉：切斷電磁閥電源(或反作用型即電磁閥通電)，蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油進入油缸的前部，推動活塞桿退回，液壓油從油缸尾端的快慢開角度調(diào)節(jié)桿，快關調(diào)速閥，慢關調(diào)速閥流回油箱，按預先調(diào)定的3個控制程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)關閥。
(3)任意位置停止：蝶閥在開啟或關閉過程中，切斷油缸的回油，蝶板即停止在任意位置(此功能不能調(diào)節(jié)流量使用)。
2、電動油泵直接供壓力油開、關蝶閥：切斷蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油、關閉手動形式上閥J1、J2(參見液壓原理圖)。啟動電機、油泵的壓力油分別進入油缸的后端或前部即可實現(xiàn)勻速開、閉蝶閥。
3、搖動手動油泵開、關蝶閥：(切斷蓄能罐內(nèi)的壓力油和關掉電動油泵)電磁閥得電或失電，搖動手動動油泵即可實現(xiàn)開、關蝶閥。
4、蓄能罐補壓力油：一般情況下，蓄能罐內(nèi)的油壓為額定值(上限值)，當液壓系統(tǒng)在長時間的工作狀態(tài)下，由于有極微量泄漏使油壓降至額定值(下限值)(仍高于工作油壓值)時，壓力控制器動作，啟動油泵電機進行補壓力油。油泵啟動間隔時間為：閥門通徑DN≤900大于300小時，DN≥1000大于500小時。
5、蝶閥、水泵聯(lián)鎖保護：當電磁換向閥出現(xiàn)故障(換向失控)或誤操作時，聯(lián)鎖裝置即發(fā)出跳閘信號，使水泵停止運轉(zhuǎn)。
