霄漢XHSG系列不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜（罐）鍋體、鍋蓋、攪拌器等所有部件采用SUS304或SUS316不銹鋼板制成，該系列罐體采用精細(xì)鏡面拋光或電解拋光，符合國(guó)家衛(wèi)生級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?？膳渲眉訜嵫b置、冷卻裝置，以滿足不同的工藝和生產(chǎn)需要。傳熱形式有夾套電加熱、夾套外接導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)設(shè)備加熱/制冷、蒸汽加熱、盤管加熱，該設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理、工藝*，經(jīng)久耐用，反應(yīng)應(yīng)用于化妝品、醫(yī)藥、涂料、化工、顏料、樹脂、食品、科研等行業(yè)。

產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)：

? 不銹鋼攪拌罐由攪拌罐體、攪拌罐蓋、攪拌器、支承、傳動(dòng)裝置、軸封裝置等組成，還可根據(jù)工藝要求配置加熱裝置或冷卻裝置。

? 不銹鋼攪拌罐體與攪拌罐蓋可采用法蘭密封聯(lián)結(jié)或焊接聯(lián)結(jié)。攪拌罐體與攪拌罐蓋可根據(jù)工藝要求開進(jìn)料、出料、觀察、測(cè)溫、測(cè)壓、蒸汽分餾、安全放空等工藝管孔。

? 不銹鋼攪拌罐蓋上部配置有傳動(dòng)裝置（電機(jī)或減速器），由傳動(dòng)軸驅(qū)動(dòng)攪拌罐內(nèi)的攪拌器。

? 軸封裝置可采用機(jī)封或填料、迷宮密封等多種形式(根據(jù)用戶需要確定)。

? 攪拌器可配置漿式、錨式、框式、螺旋式等多種形式。

Product introduction:

Xiaohan XHSG series stainless steel reactor (tank) pot body, pot cover, agitator and other components are made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel plate. The series of tank body is polished by fine mirror or electrolytic polishing, which meets the national health standards. It can be equipped with heating device and cooling device to meet different process and production needs. The heat transfer forms include jacket electric heating, jacket external heat conducting oil circulation equipment heating/refrigeration, steam heating, coil heating. The structure design of the equipment is reasonable, the process is advanced, durable, and the reaction is applied to cosmetics, medicine, paint, chemical industry, pigments, resins, food, scientific research and other industries.

Product structure:

Stainless steel mixing tank is composed of mixing tank body, mixing tank cover, mixer, support, transmission device, shaft packaging device, etc. It can also be equipped with heating device or cooling device according to process requirements.

Stainless steel mixing tank body and mixing tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. The mixing tank body and the mixing tank cover can open process pipe holes such as feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation and safe venting according to the technological requirements.

The upper part of the stainless steel mixing tank cover is equipped with a transmission device (motor or reducer), and the mixer in the mixing tank is driven by a transmission shaft.

Shaft packaging device can be used in machine seal or packing, labyrinth seal and other forms (according to user needs).

Mixer can be equipped with slurry, anchor, frame, screw and other forms.
