產(chǎn)品說明：

JSH1902發(fā)動機(jī)油表觀粘度測定器（冷啟動模擬機(jī)法）

一、符合GB/T6538、ASTMD5293標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)

控溫范圍： -35～0℃(-35℃只在≤25℃室溫環(huán)境)

控溫方式：進(jìn)口數(shù)顯溫控儀控溫

試驗控制：單片機(jī)控制自動計時、自動控制冷泵和電機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，根據(jù)測得的轉(zhuǎn)速自動計算出試樣的粘度。

功率： 1KW

工作電源： AC220V±10﹪ 50Hz

外形尺寸：主機(jī) 245×450×430=長×寬×高(mm)

冷啟動模擬器 200×280×320=長×寬×高(mm)

三、性能及特點

1、本儀器采用進(jìn)口溫控儀控溫，控溫精度高，溫度穩(wěn)定。

2、本儀器冷浴采用壓縮機(jī)制冷，制冷量大，冷浴容積大，在試驗過程中，冷浴溫度波動小，可連續(xù)試驗。

3、本儀器采用特殊的冷卻劑流動方式，使定子冷卻。在25℃室溫下，對試驗溫度低到-20℃的試樣，能在30～60秒內(nèi)達(dá)到控制溫度，對試驗溫度低到-30℃的試樣，能在60～90秒內(nèi)達(dá)到控制溫度。

4、本儀器采用單片機(jī)控制，自動控制冷泵和電機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，自動計時，自動計算和存儲結(jié)果。

5、本儀器采用觸摸屏全程操作控制，人性化設(shè)計使儀器具備操作簡單方便，易學(xué)易會易保養(yǎng)的特點。

6、能夠存儲每個試驗溫度的PID參數(shù)，測試時自動調(diào)用?？勺詣哟鎯?/span>100個試驗結(jié)果，循環(huán)覆蓋。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics

1. The instrument adopts imported temperature controller to control temperature with high precision and stable temperature.

2. The cold bath of this instrument adopts compressor to refrigerate, with large cooling capacity and large cold bath volume. In the test process, the cold bath temperature fluctuates little and can be continuously tested.

3. The instrument adopts a special coolant flow mode to cool the stator. At room temperature of 25℃, the control temperature can be reached within 30 ~ 60 seconds for the sample with test temperature as low as -20℃, and within 60 ~ 90 seconds for the sample with test temperature as low as -30℃.

4. The instrument is controlled by single chip microcomputer, which can automatically control the operation of cold pump and motor, automatically timing, automatically calculating and storing results.

5. The instrument adopts the touch screen for the whole operation and control, and the humanized design makes the instrument simple and convenient to operate and easy to learn and maintain.

6. Can store PID parameters of each test temperature and call automatically during testing. Can automatically store 100 test results, cycle coverage.
